Abrasive waterproof paper

Waterproof paper is commonly used for wet sanding or polishing of surfaces, especially those that are sensitive to heat or where a fine surface finish is desired. It is often used in the automotive industry for sanding down primer coats, paint, or clear coat, as well as in woodworking, metalworking, and jewelry making.



  • Sheet size: 9″ x 11″ or 5″ x 7″ (other sizes may also be available)
  • Roll size: 1.5″ to 54″ wide (other widths may also be available)
  • Disc size: 4″ to 18″ diameter (other sizes may also be available)


  • Coarse (40-80 grit): used for heavy material removal, such as rust or paint removal
  • Medium (100-150 grit): used for moderate material removal and surface preparation
  • Fine (180-220 grit): used for light material removal and surface smoothing
  • Very fine (240-600 grit): used for finishing and polishing
