Hook & Loop Discs
Interflex hook & loop discs are one of the popular discs of the market known with the True-Grip loop lamination on the back of the abrasive surface. Interflex hook & loop discs can be used up to 7000 – 9000 RPM levels much higher than the standard roto-orbital sanding discs.
Stearate resin formula brings the anticlogging feature to the Interflex hook & loop discs. This allows the abrasive grains to work completely until finish. Inter Abrasiv laminates and cuts its Hook & Loop Discs in its facilities. This provides Inter with the advantage of different quality opportunities and price/performance.
Inter Abrasiv uses curling and tear resistant paper for the F weight Hook & Loop Discs. These papers are 270 – 300 g/m2 and they are durable to impact. Inter uses Poly-urethane hot melt lamination with velour cloth varying from 80 to 120 gr/m2 that add extra durability and grip with the closed loops on the cloth.
Choose the AO Hook & Loop if you are working on wood surfaces. AO Hook & Loop will be resistant to impact and tear. Paper will have a long life after continuously hitting those edges and wood fibers.
SC Hook & Loop is the right sanding product for soft surfaces that toughness
plays a huge role. Marble, Granite and other Stones, aluminum and softwood.
Steel and metal finishing is easy with SC Hook & Loop.
ZA Hook & Loop will be perfect for all types of finishes on metals. ZA Hook & Loop is commonly used when the user wants to completely remove all scratch marks after heavy-duty abrasive use on metals.
C weight Hook & Loop Discs are sensitive to your finish as you are to the surface. The finish-flex paper is flexible and provides increased smoothness and homogenous surface quality. Inter uses Poly-urethane hot melt lamination with velour cloth varying from 50 to 70 gr/m2 that have closed loop structure and as strong as the heavy velour cloth types.
Gold Disc is aggressive, with superior surface quality. Stearate 3rd coating is available on request. This protection is named the Anti-Clogging effect. This disc works best on auto-body repairing jobs, varnish cleaning jobs, epoxy and acrylic.
User gets an aggressive surface removal on each grit. Removes material faster and has longer life time due to the infrastructure of the grains. Binding resin includes clogging repellent chemicals to provide longer working periods. Azure Disc is the preferred disc for tough material removal like epoxy, acrylic and etc.
Platin is as aggressive as Azure Disc and is preferred for tough material removal applications. Stearate coating provides longer lifetime by repelling material and preventing clogging. Compared to Azure Disc, Platin disc works slower but as aggresive. Also available with stereate coating.
